50% to be paid on booking.

The remaining 50% to be paid 1 month before arrival.

Cancellation:

Before 1 month prior to arrival: full (100%) of the deposit reimbursed.

After this date: 100% of the total invoice is due.

Mandatory cleaning charge 250€ and local tourist tax/ tassa di soggiorno 2€/ person/night to be paid in cash on site.
